Definitely agreed. I've seen indie ones that taste better, but they only produce on a small scale, they aren't as professional, and I've found their stuff goes off quicker. No one wants mouldy cheese D:

I think I actually did notice they take longer to go off. I had their cheese in my fridge for at least a couple of weeks before I finished it, maybe even three weeks, and it was completely fine. Usually I don't like to eat cheese very often because although it's vegan it's still not the healthiest, and, as you mentioned, they're a bit expensive.

Exactly. And some other cheeses I tried were done within a week. Although there was this one particular blue cheese that I just... couldn't tell XD In the end I made J eat it because I was too scared hahaha.
