I see. Yeah i don’t do that stuff on FB lol. For one thing, i still don’t own a cell phone. So i sometimes feel a bit off grid lol. XD like if someone asks me for my number, i’m like “no, i don’t have one” lol.
Ahhh i see. That sucks.
I never use reddit. And i only go on twitter when i get an email about new notifications lol. XD
I haven’t bought commissions in a loooong while.

I find it so weird that's the only way to contact people is through FB. It's still helpful in some ways, but not worth my time in many. I deleted most of my awful posts from when I was like 13-18 lmao. No one needs to see that.
Ya'll I cant even take my dogs on a walk without my phone. (mostly because I play pokemon go when I walk.)
I always wanted an art commission of my old characters, but I never had the money. Nowadays, I don't know if I would unless it is something I could frame and hang on a wall to show off.
I have been debating if I want to spend IRL money on DV for a custom commission, but there are so many options for good customs with potatoes.
Also I find a lot of stuff when something not works by googling the problem and adding reddit to it. Literally helped me fix the issue with my ps4.

I used to only contact my sister via FB. XD of course nowadays, i rarely contact her at all lol. XD;; we really don’t have much in common and we don’t really chat. Used to be that FB messenger was a last resort, for when my sister didn’t respond to her whatsapp texts or calls from my parents lol. XD
Ohhhhhh yeah i mooch of public wifi just so i can play Pokemon Go on my itouch. XD tbh, if i ever get a phone, i’d only use it if i have data and i’d be playing games all day on it. Even when i’m at work lol. Secretly of course. Bc i’m not allowed to use a personal phone lol.

Wow I couldn't imagine not having a smartphone these days; although I am starting to think about doing at least 1 day a week with no tech (no TV, no phone, no PC) not only for personal benefits but for the environment too.

I had no internet for like 2 days a couple weeks ago and the data on my phone wasn't working. Literally spent a night reading. Then when I was somewhere I got internet access *cough*work*cough, I went on FB to check the updates from my internet provider and the amount of people bitching because they didn't have internet? It was mostly the older people too so they grew up without it so they should be used to not having any.
I don't have public wifi in my town or enough in other places. so that wouldn't work lmao. The last time I walked in the park, the park had become a deadzone too =/ it was quite annoying because the park has like 15 pokestops now. There was only 4 three years ago.

I am not surprised that it's the older generation that did the most complaining ahaha. I think I'd be fine; or maybe I'd like to THINK I'd be fine.
I work in IT so if the internet died for my whole area for a while I'd get some time off - or be extra busy and hate it

Lol well maybe older people are harder to convince about things not working. As younger gens, when we hear something has stopped working, we’re like “oh again?” Or like “i’m sure they’ll fix that soon” because we probably run into a lot of tech problems? Older gens? They get cranky when things stop working.
My dad is one of those people lol. When youtube stops working on the smart tv bc of wifi problems, he’ll start unplugging wires out of frustration. And then reconnect them the wrong way and THEN complain that its still not working. XD but this is on a BAD day lol. On GOOD days, he’ll just do a manly pout and ask me why wifi and youtube aren’t working for him to watch his dramas…8U you’d think that it would be women who are fanatic about catching up to their dramas but in our case, its my dad. XD;;
Oh nooooooo. No wifi as an IT tech. That would be a NIGHTMARE. Unless you get the day off, then its a good day lol.

Right? My mom still texts me for the wifi password and I have moved out like 3 years ago lmao. She did figure out how to connect and use her smart TV so that's something lol. MY step dad fell for one of those scams where it says to call this number. He realized something was up right before he let them remote into the laptop.
Oh god sounds like if you don't deal directly with the customer it would be fine lol. I felt sorry for the internet provider because they are small locally owned place and so many people were upset at them. I can only imagine the phone calls they were getting.
My mom came to me all concerned the second day without internet and was like "how are you surviving?" Well for one, it's not like I don't have electricity.

Oh noo, i hope nothing happened to your stepdad’s laptop…8U and lol, for us the wifi password is at the back of the router.
For a moment, my enter/return button wasn’t working on my ipad keyboard…8U so i just took the ipad off the keyboard lock thing and put it back on. Worked again. XD
Oh, yeah, i’d feel bad for them too. Gosh. But yeah its one thing with no wifi and stuff. Its another to have no electricity or water. 8U
