If you don't feel like eating much, you should probably just look for one type of food you like or feel like eating. Usually if you haven't eaten in a while (for whatever reason) the starting to eat is the problem and once you start to eat normal again your body should (should being the operative word here) reregulate itself and either realize just how hungry you are (or notice food is 'widely available' again and restart its normal cycle)
If not it might be because your body is experiencing issues (happens sometimes when your stomach can't deal well with certain foods, but all you notice it by is slight bloatedness or just a general lack of appetite and needing to force yourself to eat)

Other than that, I'm kind of looking for a new place to hangout now that I'm back (the thread I used before has now kind of died?) if you're okay with this, I might join you ladies/gents/lot in hanging out here. (if needed explanation of why I chose this thread, I come from one of the two 'countries of chocolate' in the world and love it to bits (even if neither country actually produces the base product that leads to chocolate and the waterfootprint is Ridiculously high... I'm an addict, what can I say))
