I just have Ventolin and a small uhh one of those spacer's.. it helps but it gives me the shakes sometimes

More like heart rate goes up a bit but my body gets the shakes not much gets rid of that feeling besides warming me up. Oh and I tend to feel really like exhausted but the kind of exhausted as if I had a really bad panic attack type of exhausted..
