I'm at my mom's, weirded out by how social her cat seems today. And doing Duolingo and memrise and some other language app.
I took up Spanish because there would be more job opportunities, it's fairly easy to learn (so maybe I won't take long, lol) and it's common enough to not completely forget it over time, and maybe even engrave it into my brain similarly to English. So far so good, listening to granny's telenovelas paid off, I got the basics without actually learning them XD
Haven't completely forgotten about other languages, still learning them, but I should really put more effort into learning... I've been too lazy.

I did the "Sally up Sally down" squat workout just now, haven't done it in like 6 weeks maybe? Feels good. At least A LITTLE exercise while I am hear at my parents' place.
My tummy and arms need more exercises though..

Ah, mem, you remind me, I haven't been on duolingo in a while... Somehow, after I really lost my streak the firt time, I stopped caring as much about doing it every day. I should take it up again though... Although it also is easier during the semester, since I would usually just do it during my commute in the train.

I'll hopefully do some exercises later today as well. Not right now, though, I just ate :D
A few days ago I did a butt and thigh workout and yesterday I was so sore from it - today is a lot better, so it's probably a good time to do something again.
I'm trying to do this a bit more regularly. Seeing the bf get into a regular exercising routine kinda kicked my butt into trying as well :D

@Julez: I figured out why the cat was more social. She was scared because there are some renovation works on my mom's building and the workers were going up and down in that elevator thingy and debris was knocking on the windows, so she was like "human, you're here! OMG, do you know what your kind is doing outside? They are making uncommon, loud noises! Do something about it!"
She even propped her paws on my lap for a second QwQ

@Chriz: I know that feeling, after I lost my three months streak I was like "meh" And didn't log in for about a month or so

I should start exercising again but it doesn't help that Ash has been sick basically the whole month and working from home. Our room is tiny and I don't want to go exercising in my granny's bedroom. She would stare and gush over the "excellent exercise" that I'm doing... But she's going for some vacation for two weeks, so there's a chance opening for me XD

Aw, yeah, that doesn't sound like ideal circumstances for exercising. Go grab that window of opportunity when your grandma is away! And then let's just hope Ash will stop being sick, that sounds also thoroughly unpleasant for him :(

I actually did exercise :)
I noticed that my belly muscles really need some training, there was this one part of the exercise where I felt like a flopping fish or something because they did not suffice :D Should focus on them some more soon.

Yeah, I've been trying to make myself more active in many ways so maybe that's a good time to take up pilates with Cassey Ho again (and probably curse her out XD)

It's not really something serious (apart from his toe being cracked, lol, but that's not sickness), he just can't get rid of that tiring cough, he's been on meds non stop this month and also for the good part of June so... he's exhausted from just sitting at home too much
