In order of fluency; Dutch, English, French & German. I want to learn how to speak basic Polish, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. The first three because it'd help at my work since we get foreign truck drivers from that origin and I'd like to be able to help them better. The Chinese and Japanese because they're world languages and I'd also like to be able to read them to make my online shopping easier c'':

I learned Japanese honestly by watching anime from a young age. Then when I was able to actually take a class in college, I just needed to learn how to write and read. Talking was easy peasy c:

I learned French in school, German I mostly learned through watching tv growing up, English I mostly learned through Harry Potter :'P

In the US they kind of teach us a language in high school.
They really should start as soon as we get into school. That way we can be fluent by the time we leave.

My ASL classes in high school weren’t rigorous at all, much to my dismay. I’m conversational, but just barely.

I wish it had been offered in a continuous fashion earlier.
