The fact that while I might technically be an adult, I've never been somewhere so big alone (IE without a parent). Which might sound silly, but... Yeah.

i grew up in a city, so i'm used to it.
but it was exciting when i first went on a trip with my bf as it was the first time i wasn't going on a trip with a family member. i find new things exciting more than scary.

I have to admit I won't get used to cities any time soon...
Even though I now live in a city during weekdays for school I'm still scared or surprised by some of the things there though it's getting better now after nearly 5 years...
And then I went to London without my parents and realised how small that city was compared to most 'big cities'... It was exciting , but at the same time I was terrified, especially since I didn't have my good glasses yet! Thank god my friends were with me...
I'll have to train on that...

I'm tiny and have it constantly reinforced to me just how a) dangerous places are and b) how very very vulnerable I am. So yeah, I'm a little freaked.

I get the feeling, I'm not all that tiny, but I'm small enough to feel like a mouse sometimes... I apparently don't have all that much of a presence either unless you know me... People constantly run me over or bump into me... Very much personal bubble invasion and the main reason I don't like crowds... I fear them... They always leave me bruised and feeling invisible more than I want to be...
