Notes: I would love to ask for an Waist-Up of the following dragon:

It's a male dragon and his element is ice. It would be great if you could use the things he wears (wreath, that deepsea fish bulb and the wings). He is a rather proud character, so a serious expression would be great. You can design him as you like (in matters of hairs, clothes, etc.).

I would love to use the picture on his profile, so post it there. (But I will totally link back to you, wherever you want.)

About the price: I would prefer to give you more than 2k, since it is quite a complex request. So how about 5k?
