I am excited, but I actually believe that each gen should be different apps.
Yes, I know that means we can only play one at a time
Yes, I know it would take up more space and servers etc.
But how are people going to finish their poke dex if gen 2 pokemon just start popping up

Dont get me wrong, I am just so excited for it (I love chikorita <3 ) but I do think it is happening too soon and is a desperate attempt of getting players back

The same way we complete are pokedex in the games through shear force of will.

gen 1 and 2 will pop up together probably :p
I dont think they will take away gen 1... cause when new players join then they cant finish there dex for gen 1!

When we can trade I am happy to trade Kangastans for other region locked pokemon.

USA gets Touros. We get the cow it is possible for any country to hatch the region locked ones but not catch them.

I heard people on Reddit tried, they had thousands or millions of people and eggs and no one hatched a region locked pokemon.

On my first run with pokemon red I made my farfetch part of main team 'till the end of the game
