Rootkits are nasty business... It's not the end of the world, but the best way to get rid of it would be to wipe your computer and do a fresh install of everything.
Is anything acting up? You can leave it for now, it's probably been there for a while.

Yeah. All the files would be fine; they just need backing up onto another drive.
We've got plenty of extra hard drives so unless someone like Rob can do something for you sooner you could wait till then?

Its looking way better with all the fades on it. Time to shade it!
It was hard to draw the head. No one draws him from behind. so I was not sure what it looked like. Other then that its just balls with spikes. XD
I really would love to draw every pokemon some time. though some of the latest god pokemons seem like hell to draw. o n o

No, you wouldn't have to lose everything! It shouldn't be doing anything actual to the way your computer runs, it can just be a bit dangerous for privacy and that sort of thing.
If you can wait I can restore your computer and all your programs back to how it is, just without the rootkit. It's good for computers to wipe them once in a while anyway...
