Mhm, *nods*

I know what you mean Amanda. I've snapped a few times and have apologized afterwards... and they tell me I have no reason to apologize that they were wrong to be so pushy... I am pushy for a few things, but I am also extremely considerate of whomever I am with... maybe so much that it gets irritating and comes across as indecisiveness~

Oh, Reese and I were talking by text, but what would you do if you won a sweepstakes that guaranteed $5,000 a week for life? Like, regardless of what you do, every Friday, $5,000 would get deposited into your bank account?

I said that I would probably drop out of school and travel the world for a while, go places I have always wanted to go. Pay off my debts, as well as the debts of my parents and sibling, and the few cousins I like. I would probably save $5,000 a month for myself and give the other $15,000 away, no strings attached to people... cause money doesn't mean a whole lot to me. I'd probably save up and buy a nice house and some nice vehicles, but I would be financially set for my life... so I would do what I could to help others.

So, I am curious, what would you do!?

That's a cute fairy~

Thats what the fairy pop up looks like silly :P

WHat would I do? I would pay for my parent's house to be repaired, then I would deposit it into an account until I could afford school, and I'd put half every month into a separate account for my dad so that he could retire and live the way he wants to.
Then, once I did those things I would buy a nice home walking distance from an active city, but far enough to be a safe and nice community so that I could meet people and do things.
After that I would house my friend during the summer who is fighting with her parents and hold her up until she could manage it herself.
Same with my twin sister. I'd love her to join me because living alone would be boring.
I would probably also donate money if it was that plentiful.
...did I mention that I'd donate to kofk to help with the server upkeep?

So many things I'd use it for that talking about it is almost tiresome

$5,000 a week for life? :mcomg:
that would be a crazy amount of money :mcomg:
I'd be set for my med bills and to move out into either a small house/apartment.
and all that excess money I'd probably donate to random causes, or give it to people who need it
~maybe throw in a bit of traveling too, but that's if I'm better with my medical issues :\
but I'd probably donate the majority of it and just keep a few thousand for bills, food and books

edit: I'd probably feel bad though too, and just give all of it to someone or a cause that really needs it

Well, remember it's $20,000 a month and that adds up to $260,000 a year~ That's without working~ Every 4 years and you've added over $1,000,000~

To me, money is mostly worthless. I want experiences more than anything and money facilitates that. So I would give lots to my parents and sibling and cousins that I like, and I would travel the world and fly more planes and drive race cars and go skydiving and want to meet people I've talked with for years~ I'd probably by a nice comfy car and go on a road trip around the US and Canada, maybe go spend some time in Europe and definitely spend time in Japan~

Actually, I still want to teach in Japan, so I don't think I would drop out of school, maybe take a year off or so~ I'm lucky that my school is fairly cheap and is only about $10,000 a year~

I think I would be fine in a small house, maybe offer to have some friends of mine that I enjoy being around move in with me. I would devote time to my hobbies, painting, drawing, model building... stuff like that~

I would also go to hospitals and pay off bills for people... or find people that are struggling and go knock on their door and hand them $10,000 or $15,000 to help them out~

I agree. Once my life time expenses were taken care of I'd pretty much donate it to people and organizations that I believed in.
I might even establish a Christian Charity home that I fully funded.
I used to have a dream of making a Christian boarding school that was affordable for children from hard to do homes

I don't care for money either, but it seems like you need to use money for everything, to learn, to eat, to live :\
it's stupid :\

I care about pay because I want to be able to support myself, but I have to like the job. And sometimes the people can make a miserable job awesome! I had a job where the pay sucked but the job was awesome and the people were great! I loved working at that place~

yeah *nods*
I hated my last job, so I was super worried when I got a new job, but even management is awesome and treats you like a person, you can even have chats with them, one of my managers talks with me about video games and books lol

my last job, if you even asked the managers how they were doing they'd glare down at you. t'was sad :\

That place I loved, my boss was the owner of the company and he'd often bring in beer as the store was closing and we'd drink and play video games or watch a movie. Other employees would get high, sometimes during work, and the boss didn't care. He always said that as long as their work wasn't affected, he didn't care.

Hooray for awesome jobs~

*high five*
