Have you ever dyed your hair yourself?
I've dyed my hair brunette by myself and my boyfriend dyed my hair black for a character I was LARPing at an international game.
It should be fine, just make sure you get the lotion/dye through your hair equally otherwise it might come out lighter or darker in one area then in another.

Oh no, Bronchitis is horrid. I don't think I've ever had it before but it certainly can't be pleasant. I hope you take good care of yourself and your throat. Have you been able to get time of work/school to take care of yourself properly? You don't want to spread a thing like that.
