I need 100 chinchillas to run around my room and give off their body heat *^*

@Meags-Cold! That's how I am. And I even bundled up for work today. Layers, layers, layers. And I'm still cold!

@Tezu-Yes!! 100 chinchillas to snuggle under and cuddle with and keep me warm. Sounds like a plan! Oh, wait! I'm at work. I don't think they'd let me bring chinchilla warmer to work. They won't even let me bring my cats!

ono They need to allow kitties to your work. Or a huge heater thinger.

I have a portable heater thing in my other room (at a different place that's 30+ miles away from where I'm at right now). It's so cozy when you're around it, but then when you leave the room, you want to come back to the warmth xD

I wish they would let us have space heaters under our desks. Apparently they think we're fire hazzards. I need a blanket!

They have ones that have an automatic turn-off if they get too hot. But if it's like a cubicle, you can't use those on those cubicle outlets. That shorts out the wiring in the cubicle, but it's fine if you plug directly into a wall outlet.

Or you can get those Asian handwarmers. You basically rub them in their packets and they release heat for a few hours. Then use medical tape to strap them to yourself ewe

O.O I forgot about the heat packs!! I did put on my fingerless gloves, though. My fingers are still cold but, at least I can type.

They seriously need something that can warm up the hands. It's easy to keep yourself warm if you layer yourself with stuff, but the only things you can't really do are the head and the hands x-x

But I think if you strap the heat packs to your hands, it might help a smidge. x-x
