Aaah I actually know that mate tea as well. Two friends of mine have bought that special cup with a metal straw about 1 or 2 years ago.
I guess it wouldn't be my type of thing, but haven't tried it.

Er. I totally got side-tracked and still haven't eaten. I'm now on page 525 of this webcomic Zia mentioned and finally realized I should take a break and then came back here instead, and, uh, still haven't eaten.
