I tend to think everything's my fault.
Like what's happened the past year.

I feel like I must have done something wrong - that's why bad things happened.
I feel I caused it maybe because I took things for granted so now the things I love are being taken away.

I am still REALLY anxious around people.
I get up the courage and prepare to be social and then I panic and want to run away and hide.
The cable guy was talking to me earlier and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack and I just wanted to leave and hide.

I'm starting to think it will never get any better.
Why can't I be like normal people and be outgoing and social?
