You just use an off-site random number generator.
I don't have the link off hand but, I think the most commonly used one is RNG.org or similar? Go to integer generator, change the parameters to fit, and voila!
(We're trusting folk, lol)
Luna, yes, she did that earlier too, but we didn't ever figure out which words were the ones to actually trigger the prizes. It happened a few times, actually, that someone managed it, but as far as I recollect, no one ever managed to do any experiments that'd narrow it down enough for us to figure it out.
It was kind of fun, though, waiting for that unexpected surprise to pop up!

@ash- Hey! I've seen ya around~ To generate numbers just use an off-site number generator. The one that is commonly used here is random.org/integers/. Just change the settings for the specifics I listed in the contest portion and generate the numbz. Then, if you'd like, you can send a photo/snapshot of your numbers, but I do trust that people will not cheat on the numbers if they just post them in the thread. Hope that helps!
