Hotarla is Sparkle's battle spider. Hotarla is cute and tiny due to her youth, and she can't say many words yet. Hotarla tends to be a little more cautious than Sparkle. Other times, spider and rider think alike.
She is very young, but is fearless in battle.

I think both my sister's and my real names were named after popular singers/actresses. I have no idea what my Chinese name means though.
But yeah that's the story behind my username. XD
Moi: yeah I was obsessed with the Hotaru name but since I couldn't get it...;w;
Candy: LOOL hush it's an anime, what's wrong with a princess being named Sparkle?? XD it's like naming someone Rainbow Dash lol!!!!
