There are 2 seasons, Fairy Tail and Fairy Tail 2014. Besides that in each season there are arcs. One arc is like one adventure against one main boss, like evil group of mages or some monster. Between arcs there are often fillers with one episode adventure that is more about their daily stuff. There is also one filler arc, I think it was the one with the clock, but You didn't get any near it, so I won't spoil it to You. (I assume You know what filler is.)

A filler is like the episode where they all switched bodys o-o;

But season 2 is the continuation of season 1 right? ^-^

Filler is in general an episode of the anime that does not appear in the manga it is based on. So yeah, the one they switched bodies was a filler that did not appear in the manga.
And season 2 is continuation of season one. Author of the manga had some health problems and had to take a break in publishing plus they were chasing up the manga really closely (that's why the whole filler arc was done), so they made like 6 months break or sth like that. And a tiny spoiler: the break comes in the middle of an arc with such a cliffhanger that You want to kill ppl that made it like that.

Ohhh i know right! Sometimes you just stare at your screen like "I can't be over yet!" :mcargh:

I wonder why im keeping up with 2 animes that are both on weekly release.... a week is to long now and then XD
