Haha I think it must be true! I spoke with my doctor yesterday and he said there's basically no way for me to get more Vitamin D naturally because our country isn't sunny enough and I obviously use it up quickly. So I probably have to take a high dosage of vitamin tablets for the rest of my life now, yay~ What's even more annoying is that you have to buy them.

And they're not cheap either! I always wonder what's in them, too, like do they really have the amount of the vitamin that the label says.

Indeed! Well thankfully there are laws to prevent any lies on the packaging. Only if you buy in stores though. If you buy online you might end up getting something that has actually been banned from sale for being inaccurate, because they can still get away with it that way.
But also, no, not cheap >:| which is fantastic if I have to take them literally forever.

Bats!!! I need an event. Having such a bad couple of days. Last night we went for a meal with friends and walked around a bit afterwards, not very far, but I just couldn't move when we got in last night. My back and my legs were in so much pain. I feel really useless because I can't even do something that small :< Then this morning I needed my boyfriend to help me move stuff around because I can't do it, and I have a photoshoot later today to get the house ready for. He ended up snapping at me because I made him late to go to the gym :< Thought I was supposed to be more important than just going to the gym which he can do any time, but there you go. Just feeling really useless and achy and down now :<
