Moobies... you mean movies? :)

What kind of music do you usually listen to? :D I'm mostly listening to anime soundtracks and... weird types of music. I can't tell which genre they are exactly. I usually tell people I like jazzy hiphop but that's really just the surface. XD I like the beats from hip-hop. I like the playful elements from jazz. But most importantly I like music that makes me feel a wide variety of emotions.

Do you have a dA account?

Well, writing a dream journal daily helps you remember your dreams. But it's easy to get obsessed with it.
I stopped writing down my dreams a few years ago because I started liking my dreams more than my real life, I tried to sleep more than I was awake and got really angry if someone woke me up from a dream I loved. I don't want to be like that again.

I still remember my dreams most of the time but I forget them easily now. Within a few minutes, or hours, usually. :)

I like the beats of hip-hop too! And R&B!
I listen to a lot of vocaloid :qn:

Have you heard any Lizzy Grant? That's music she made BEFORE she became Lana Del Rey? She used to be pretty jazzy and weird :mccute:

I like sleep better than being awake even though I don't dream. It's so much more peaceful. :mcconf:

Because she be a cyclone she needs to make a stormy entrance. Be careful, she might sweep you off your feet. She tends to set things in a whirl, we gotta brace ourselves :qt:

YASS. She keeps saying she's the same as she was when she was Lizzy Grant but it's not just hair dye and lip job, her music is different too. It was more jazzy and, I don't know, playful back then. Like she seemed to experiment a bit more. And literally Lizzy Grant music is like NOTHING I've heard.

I like her music as Lana too but not as much :mcheh: it makes me so sad like when I first heard her as Grant I was tempted to binge on her music but I'm like 'No... there's only limited music. Make it last.' Because I know she keeps coming out with new songs but none of them will be like, Lizzy Grantsy :mcsad:

Ooh I love those, I adore Mermaid Motel. I also like 'Kill Kill' a lot, and 'St Tropez' is sooo catchy :mcsquee: I can't believe she 'failed' with that music. I think it's just that her music wasn't released properly, widely, or promoted.

I agree with you on all those points. Her earlier stuff was definitely more jazzy and playful and experimental. Like Mermaid Motel haha. I haven't heard a song quite like that, even from her stuff.
I know what you mean about wanting to binge and not having enough. :'(
Also her older version of Lolita is really good, a lot better than the one released on the Born to Die CD, imo.
I haven't heard St Tropez!!! I'm stoked!! Lol!!! New Lanas.. but not new.. but new to me :mcsquee:

It seems like people are eating up this whole tortured housewife thing. It's kinda lame, I feel like she lost a lot of spunk in her focus on this character she's portraying. She's definitely pulling off what she's going for, I feel like, but I preferred when she didn't know wtf and was just trying stuff out.. but I guess whatever sells sells.. :( It is lame. I would definitely prefer more Lizzy Grant over Lana Del Rey. >: @
I do like Summertime Sadness the more I listen to it, though. Dat voice.
