Ha ha ha, fair enough.
I think my favorite kind of cheesecake is a very lemony cheesecake my Dad came up with once, and then I added a layer of candied lime slices on top and it's now my favorite...
What kind of cheesecake?

You can make some pretty decent cream-cheese like things with low-fat sour cream, low-fat cream cheese, egg whites, potato starch and fat-free milk. Use a sugar substitute and it'd be, at least not unhealthy... (although I wouldn't vouch for actively healthy)
