Once a week I do groceries and stock the freezer with meals. It's definitely a full days' work, since I'm cooking for lots of various special-diet needs. >.<
Normally it would be tomorrow, but tomorrow is new year's eve for the gregorian or julian calendar or whatever it's called (the december-january one) so some of the stores will close early and I'm doing it today instead.

ha ha, it's not really the shopping part as it is the cooking/baking, afterwards. I know most of the people I cook for are in their 80s or 90s and don't eat a huge amount, but there are enough of them that it adds up! So every week that's four loaves of bread to make, and I usually do four quiches and a lasagna and two big pots of stew, plus one other thing that changes each week.
So it's a lot of work and I usually forget some ingredient or other and have to do a second store run about halfway through. >.<
