Leftover pizza. But, modified. There's never enough veggies on them, so I got a meat lovers and bought a bunch of peppers. Put a cubanelle on it, one each of a yellow, red, and orange mini sweet pepper, and then doused it in red pepper flakes for a spicy kick for immunity. If I had some spare shredded cheese, I would have given it a good layer on top. Not sure at what point I developed a pepper craving, but they have lots of good vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, which interestingly change in levels
depending on their colours.
