where I live, sure I can walk to town but I do need to work on learning how to drive so I can get my provisional license.
Caause I live rural and it'd be handy if I could also drive too

Well I will wish you luck with that. Driving gives me the willies. I've had a license for a while now and never have gotten used to it, so I sincerely hope you do much, much, much, much better than I.
