Mostly like pumpkin, lol, i find it hard to describe but it's sweet like carrots just a little different and I think it's also a a bit more sweet. But that might depend on the type of pumpkin

I had some pumpkin risotto today!
(Yes, we have pumpkin a lot xD it's because we grow them ourselves and just had so many now we've got to eat them all)
