No, these are important to my sleep health. If I don't take them I will stare at the wall in the middle of the night and never go to sleep. It was especially bad in the hospital at one of my stays there because I was so scared of the night.

I hear that eating such pills would just make you reliant on them. Or that they’ll stop working bc your body has built up an immunity.

We don't eat pills if they're prescribed to us, we just take our recommended dosage. Some nights I don't need take them at all. c:

lol well thats the thing. ive always been super irregular and im pretty late on my period this time. strangely enough tho, i always get those hormonal breakouts so i always get acne when its about time. only now, i just keep getting the acne but none of the.....other stuff. lol
except now with the cramping. lol. its either period signs or........i just ate something bad and its my tummy not my abdomen. lol
