Jorah: thanks for the trade! And no, I’m like my dad, I only care about how they score their goals lol. In fact, my dad only watches highlights bc he doesn’t have the patience to watch all 90 plus minutes in a game lol. As for me, I put on the game as background music if there’s one on.

Funny story tho: the opening game for copa america was Canada vs Argentina (which is internationally known as the strongest soccer team in the world with the strongest player Lionel Messi in it). When I asked my dad who he thought would win, he was like with no hesitation that it was Argentina. And I was like “lol no patriotic pride for Canada dad?” XD

XDDD I see! My dad has been the same, he never had a favorite team but did watch soccer
At least that's what I remember from when I was a kid.

As I'm in Germany Euro 2024 is everywhere right now XD but I'm not interested though, not enough to actually watch a game. A glimpse at the chart is enough for me XD

Yeah sometimes I also just watch the highlights bc 90mins plus is just so boring on so many levels lol. Like some ppl might like watching the entire thing. But me, passing a ball around and nothing else happening apart from the fouls and whatnot can get pretty blah. lol

Omggg Germany must be in soccer craze right now and you’re right in the middle of it lol. Do you hear celebrations and people shouting over the game where you are? Lol

Actually yesterday was more quiet than I expected XD I was quite surprised so I had to look up what was going on XD
I don't live in a city nor the center so it hasn't been that much shouting and stuff,
But there was at least little bit to hear during the previous games where they scored more XD

Lol!
I do know that one of the Hungarian players got sent to the hospital after a brutal collision. That was pretty bad.

Still it’s kinda cool that the euros are happening where you are.
Altho, in a few years, Canada will be hosting the FIFA World Cup so it’ll be crazy in the city lol.

It's only crazy where people gather to watch, around the stadiums or where people can drink (usually while watching the game).
Everywhere else in the city it's pretty quiet, just going to be more cops than usual. I'm starting to get used to big events in my city XD

One thing I absolutely loved when they had the rugby World Cup is that the players were out doing tourism/running and absolutely no one cared nor stopped them for pictures.
I think I ran into people from three teams or more just by going about my business.
Wish I had found France but I didn't.

I lived in a tiny village, like 500 people in the middle of nowhere in France, and last time France won, the noise was crazy. People were having fireworks everywhere.
People are crazy about soccer.

Kuuki: that sounds so cool, just being able to see players like that. altho, i'm sure if Lionel Messi of Argentina was just wandering around like that, he might just be mobbed. lol. you don't get to become the strongest international soccer player in the world for nothing. xD;;

Outline: me, forgetting to dig, every time. lol. i've gotta do other site events pftha.

Woah, that sounds crazy.
The village I live in is about ~3000 people...
I don't really remember what it was like the last time Germany won. As for this time, we'll see how the noise/partying will build up if the German team progresses further. Not sure if id expect fireworks if the, win but at least a little something XD
