Take a look at the Heterochromia eyes, too, I think some of them would make for a great fairy avatar look, and they're leaving earlier.

I'm being ambitious and going to try to get ALL the eyes, so that's more than halfway to a thousand posts needed. The more you talk, the more I can respond to you, lol, so I admit to having some selfish motives.

I'm so sad that even though I'm off from work, I don't have any plans. I was going to dress as Kuromi...

The heterochrom eyes are so, so good. I certainly will be trying to get as many of them as I can. I have a few already.

I'm on a late workshift for Halloween this year, too. Oh, well, hopefully some of my co-workers will dress up and we can make the workplace more interesting that day!


Agnamarah, if you haven't found it yet another good place to post for donuts is in the "Knuffel & Avatar" section in the upper right area of the forums.
There are a lot of forum game threads there, which move fairly quickly and let you post more often. :)

I'm curious about what you'll put together in the end for your avatar. The dark blue and maroon eyes are super pretty now I look at them again.


Blackbriar, do you go row-by-row when you get the eyes, or do you browse through and get your favorites first so you ensure the color combinations you use most often, in case you can't quite manage to get all of them in the end?

We can dress up at work so long as the costume choice doesn't interfere with being able to actually work.

So, for instance, no gloves for the acupuncturist! Lol, he told me how his wife got him this Chewbacca costume that was on sale and wants him to wear it, and he's all, "I'll roast alive, I can't see very well out of the headpiece, and how do you expect me to do fine needlework through those gloves?" So I expect that one won't happen, ha ha ha. She should've gotten him an easier costume. But it only came up because someone else at work said they were going to come as Darth Vader and it turned into a whole conversation about Disney franchises. Which I didn't know those characters were part of? But I'm bad with pop culture so perhaps that isn't surprising.

Anyhow.

I'll just go as something generic. A pirate or a fairy or a troll or some other costume from my Ren Fair days that's still conveniently already in my closet, lol

Disney bought out LucasArts (or at least star wars) some years ago. They weren't originally

I work in a factory. Costumes are...very limited. Per the dress code: closed shoes, no (high) heels, no vision blocking, no skirts/dresses, no capes/cloaks which is more "nothing that flows a lot". Aka the standard factory dress code safety rules stuff. We are known to allow shorts for the most part (some jobs like the mechanics are no shorts)
Most people end up doing a silly headband or something small as a result

So, you could go as a demonic motorcyclist, or a mime, or Mario/Luigi (without the gloves), or the Mad Hatter, or something along those lines?
