Depends on what you want to do.

They have a lot of templates set up for you to choose from.
Me knowing the Basics of CSS I can figure out how to change the colors and add background image to the site.
To do anything crazy like I have now, you need to know what your doing. Chris coded my current page, his job is doing that kind of stuff. XD; But he had a bit of trouble with it. It can be easy to brake the page. I did that once when I was just trying to move some tables around. XD

But yeah the pages are fully Customizable to any user. You just need to know how to do it. I think you can go into the forums and ask for someone to make it. I don't know if you have to pay someone for it though. I was going to look into it but I didn't look to hard.
Ooh thank you so much for your explanation. If there's a template, then that's great, because I don't know anything. Just a little html and BBCode (forum-goer level) so. I tried signing up for this one site and I had to know how to ftp or whatever with it and I couldn't figure out how to do it! *flails*

I had some squibies. But I never signed up for it. I just had my code on my spam thread and went to post on it daily to make sure the thread didn't get deleted... and then it got deleted! :qlol: Those poor squibies of mine will never get fed, now. :qcry:

Your welcome, I would offer to help if needed but I don't think I could help but say there are some tutorials that can be used online that can point stuff out to you.
