No, the candy will disappear once the Event is over.

There is an different system planned for random gifts, but I don't want to tell too much about it because it always takes us soo~ long to add new features and I don't want to promise things people will have to wait ages for.

The candies will randomly pop up in your screen as you browse in the site..

Well, the probable chance of getting candies fast would be higher through reloading..
That is, refreshing multiple pages like shop-previewing would let you earn candies easier..
