    I couldn't tell you. I don't really know how the mail delivery system works myself. I figure the packages have to go through some kind of checkpoint and that's why they make stops at certain places before they get to you. I have noticed that though. One moment your package is being checked in another state and then suddenly it's out for delivery in your state. xD

    I mean that I always thought being an architect would be a really cool job. Long nights spent over a drafting board thinking of the perfect design, the victorious moments where your design is approved and praised by your boss or whatever. But I'm sure it's hardly anything like that. I remember reading an article once about the top 10 jobs people romanticize, and it talked about how being an architect was mostly about compromise and ending up with products that have little similarity to your vision and etc etc.

    Equality is exactly what feminism is about. People get it confused with the superiority thing because there's a loud minority of extreme 'feminists' who are painting the picture that way. And they're the ones that are giving it a bad name and making people think that they have to fight back against it. It's a mess.

'It doesn't happen all at once,' said the Skin Horse. 'You become. It takes a long time. That's why it doesn't happen often to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept.
Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby.
But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand.'

Yeah, most of this design business is like that; your thoughts aren't exactly going to match with your customers'. I was thinking about graphic designing, but either way, you have to deal with those things. Plus, you get a lot more money from designing buildings LOL.

I guess I really don't have an opinion on things like this. Some people demand for equality, then argues about how that thing isn't just. We can only have one or the other, right? I'll go with equality, since everything has become over complicated for my minuscule brain.

My internet was knocked out for a second and I freaked out. Then the power went off. Two minutes later, it came back on with the internet.

Thank you. It is a bit cliche but still good advice so thank you. :mchappy:

Ugh stupid power outages...We had a really bad storm here the other day and the power kept flickering on and off...I was like, "Make Up Your Mind!!" :mcangry: sigh...

@Twitch
Yeah I mean I was happy that all off a sudden one of the 4 packages was here but still...its like the post office has secret teleportation devices and they are hiding them from the world...hehe sorry that was a bit dramatic... :mcheh:

    There's a website about that, actually. Specifically made for graphic designers who have to deal with impossible requests from customers or their customers being incompetent in general. It's amusing to browse through but I don't know how I would feel about having to deal with that every single day.
    Mo' money, mo' problems. (Or so they say. I've yet to believe it.)

    Equality is a good thing to focus on. That's where all the good movements are headed, anyway.

    Your internet predicted the power outage! o:
    Seriously though, it's never happened in that sequence of events for me.
    Usually, power then internet.

    @Meg -
    Hey, that would be awesome! I'd join the post office just for a chance at a sneak peek of a teleportation device. Of course, thinking of all the things I would do with one of those things, it's probably better that they keep it hidden.

  • If you ask me, a world tour is one of the ways to use it exactly right. :mcsquee:

Well, I'd say I'd rather face impossible costumers than be bossed around by a boss who knows nothing about time schedules. Glomp. I've seen that happen way too often to my friends' parents, and they're always irritated about it.

Maybe the storm hit my internet service provider first? Dunno, but I thought it was weird too. This picture amuses me so much. The weather's all like I shall drown this one area LOL.

What!?! I need to aboard this world tour thing. My old vice principal is skipping a year of school just to take a world tour with her family. A year long world tour though... think about it.

    Yeah, that sounds horrible too. I'm not even sure if there's a lesser of two evils in there.

    Maybe.
    Ha! I just imagine that cloud saying, "Consume... Consume EVERYTHING" and then kind of failing and being like, "Oh, welp. Guess this area will do." xD

    A year long world tour. 365 days of new discoveries. That sounds amazing. And also like it would make me homesick like crazy.

    Hello there, Luna!
