I need to buy some good exercise clothes all mine have holes and tears in them, I started just wearing them around the house to sleep in or clean in. xD

Oh my god, last night was rough! I woke up at around 12 and couldn't sleep, finally drifted off now I'm up for good but sleepy! Sorry for whining, I just hate being sick.

I'm really depressed.

I went to the gym yesterday. I got a really intense workout. I'm really sore today. We didn't get to do any weightlifting because I was wearing flip flops, but I'm pretty glad because I am worn out.

Exercise is good for you! But yeah, if you're not used to it does wear you out pretty crazy.

I keep crying so my head hurts a lot. And it's so quiet in the living room without him. He used to chew on stuff and run around in his wheel and make a lot of noise. It really annoyed me but now I miss it a lot.

I'm not used to it at all. I think I'm gonna get a personal trainer for a month or two. It's expensive though. Hopefully I get really healthy!
