Kaelin: I wouldn't know anything about massages but here's something I thought of xD
You could dunk your legs in warm-hot water and stay there for a while to relax your muscles... and then after drying them, use moisturizer and massage them from thigh to ankle, just slowly moving and sliding. I don't know, but it sounds right.

As of right now I have no phone at home. Our internet is off and our phone is Magicjack so therefore no phone. I will try to get at the library to communicate with you until we can get the net turned back on. So I'm posting this in all the places I frequent to let you all know.

got no bath but I had a hot shower last night and put the high pressure on my leg :)

then after put voltaren gel on it. I think that's mostly worked. My leg is still slightly twitchy at times but not all around fidgety like the other two days

That's good. I only know about twitchy legs because of restless leg syndrome.
My mom has it and she'll slap her legs against the bed in her sleep ._.

I sleep with my sister, so I'm use to sticking to one side and sometimes hanging off the bed xD
I tend to flip flop when trying to sleep.
It irks people because I make noise.

I would spend the night with my dad and his ex.
She told me I should sleep on the floor so she doesn't roll over and molest me in her sleep xD
