The villages apparently have reagents and materials unique to just that village and that determines what sort of items you can craft. If you want items/materials/other stuff from other villages, you'd have to trade for them or buy them.

That's pretty much all I understood at this point aha

Make sure the citizen number on the top right corner of the profile is 8711
Otherwise you either got someone else, or likely one of my name hoards because some people do harass that way
