Kylian- Well at least you can get some yoga in on off days. I just hope things settle a bit so you can do it. I heard yoga is to help with alot of things including clearing your mind.

ash- My goodness I'm sorry to hear that. I hope the nightmares stop. I used to have them all the time growing up. No idea why. Mostly snakes where I would wake up freaking out checking under my sheets and lay over the bed to check under it to see if there were any there as well. Not fun growing up doing that almost every single morning for a few years straight, or waking up crying. Thankfully that all stopped about a year ago finally. >.> So I wish you the best of luck with them stopping dear.

Sounds like your heart and my husband's are similar. If he has 2 cups.... >.< not fun to handle that. His heart is special. Poor thing. I hope the coffee doesn't affect you anymore.

Seems like all of us are having issues. I hope they go away soon enough so no one has to deal with anymore evilness. Ugh weather cool off.

It's to be like 76/77 today, then 71 and 69. Then we get like two 79/almost 80 days and then back to low 70s and high 60s. I swear even mother nature is confused right now. She really needs her sleep badly.

Yesterday was hot now today is cool. Mother nature just can't make up her mind.

My room gets so stuffy during the day we have to turn on the window AC. Or move it out and have natural air flow through. However if we have a dead air day then it gets unbearably stuffy, so the ac is useful.

I know the feeling. I wanna change my avi again. I might end up doing that if I get next month's Treasure Trove. Gawd! I can't wait to see it!

I guess I'm just lucky that we have two days of cool weather. I feel bad for everyone who has to deal with heat. I couldn't live without an AC. I'd be most likely in the hospital if we didn't have air running at all during the entire summer. My health is worse now and I can't tolerate it at all. Never could really growing up always got sick every summer, but now ... I just feel sick and my brain is dead pratically. Can't think or anything. I just lay on the floor staring off into space.

I hope everyone is feeling good besides the annoyance of dealing with heat though. Oh and this month's DI is rather interesting. The colors are very interesting.
