though I'll follow both of you guys on a new general art blog I'll be making (soon) rather than my fandom blog.

I run appuru-pi which is my art blog but tbh it's really a wizard101 fandom blog where I draw ocs and stuff ;-;
so I'm thinking of making a new blog for more general art~

700 followers though holy heck *o* that's goals~

I'm holding steady at about 65 on my main Tumblr lol

Colorful? I've had people refer to my main as painful LOL
Tho the stained glass ones certainly are colorful even if only one is up at the moment. Have the WIP of another posted and it's just waiting for 50 notes but it petered out at 42
Journal Doodle prolly is colorful cuz the colors, in general, represent a different person. Favorite colors, mostly. Except for Kit/me. Kit is purple cuz of an old sthick that at this point I'm not getting rid of, or do I have any real reason to do so

Ive also had my blog for yearrrrssss and if I was funny and interesting I would have more followers. Plus on my main, the blog HTML is a bit buggy and I'm too damn lazy to fix.

My blog is capping at like 120 lately ;-;
but I'm glad bc it's purely my art so I'm very grateful <3

There's someone I follow who's always pissy about not getting notes.
They actually deactivated in September, then came back recently and started whining about how no one reblogs their stuff, gets really aggressive, and threatens to leave again.

I was wondering how you guys would feel about that since we all run blogs ovo;;
Do you understand their need for notes or are they just acting out of line?

Likes, but more especially, reblogs, since they give exposure, are important for getting your stuff out there
However, whining about it? No, that's being a whiny shit and makes the person even less likely to get them reblogs and likes because who wants to see art from a pissbaby?

It takes time to build a following??? Fanart takes you there a bit faster and getting your stuff to be a bit better everytime you post makes other people go all "Go you!" which I think is an important part of it.

The online art people may not know eachother, but in animation and whatnot, everybody knows everybody. The same goes for those who do tons of cos and whatnot.. A few bad comments can get you blacklisted real easy
