The prison my dad is in is way better than the one my mom was in.
Apparently women have shittier prisons.
I know my mom accidentally fell and cracked a bone in her foot and the guard was yelling at her and saying she was faking being injured.
That set me off >__>

I had to pay a $5 co-pay just to send my mom a 10¢ peppermint stick o___O
It's fucking highway robbery >___>
And apparently they were talking about doing away with in-person visits and have inmates talk to their loved ones over a computer screen and the visitors would have to PAY to do that.


This country is so dumb when it comes to handling certain things.

You know, I saw a video that was talking about how tv shows were so poorly educated back in the day regarding other sexualities.
Like "Gay men don't do that!" "Lesbians aren't like that!" blah blah blah.
And then I started thinking about how I don't remember any characters being Asexual.
Not saying there aren't any, but I can't remember any from my younger days.
I used to think something was wrong with me.
Didn't help my family tried to "fix" me eventhough I'm an introvert and that's normal 8u

Only problems was when mom didn't have grandkids so I was becoming her only hope
Now she has four

Not telling my oldest sister that I'm ace cuz she wants a non-hetero sibling to tote around as a trophy
That and I'm pretty sure that despite the stuff she shares on fb saying "I support all sexualities", which lists several and have ace on them, she wouldn't

But yeah, sister knows very little of what's going on and thinks I'm a lazy mooch
Except I'm not, I have an arrangement with my parents
Sister to our dad: Kit needs to grow up, get a Real Job(tm), and move out
Sister to me: -treats me like I'm seven-
She, her husband, and their kids live with her MIL and we think she's pushing to have them move out so she can have peace and quiet and privacy again
And because my sister doesn't want to have to pay rent or a mortgage, she's pushing to have me Adult(tm) so she can move into mom and dad's so she can continue mooching and being irresponsible with money
Bit harder for her to do that when she has to pay all the bills

Her car needed new tires, and what does she do? Get her husband an Xbox One and games with the money for the tires and then ask dad for money. Sister and husband both, by themselves, make more money than me, mom, and dad combined
She tried to get me to buy her a Switch once, I told her no. I'll recommend games, but I'm not dropping several hundred dollars I don't have on a system for her. Takes me, depending on my hours, about two weeks to cover the costs of one. Her? Less than a shift
