That's really good too.
Sodas are bad.
I don't drink them like I used to, but I should drink more water.

Oh, yeah, I LOVE coffee xD
I've gotten to where I let my mom make mine because it tastes good.
I put too much sugar in when I do it myself.
Kinda like the less sweet now u8

I get cravings for things. Like I ate broccoli every night for two weeks xD
I also got really sick one time and all I wanted was tomato things.
Tomato sauce, tomato soup, even rare steak.
I told my doctor and he had me get my blood tested but never heard back on my results.
This sleep doctor I saw a month ago tested my blood and said I have an iron deficiency.
I thought for a long time that I was Anemic or whatever and no one ever confirmed it, so I just brushed it off.
And it dawned on my mom recently that they had to give me iron when I was little.
My dad even remembered that and told me the other day.

I find the human body fascinating in the way of food cravings 8u

Last time I had soda was November. Before that it was January.
So I don't drink it often. Only maybe once or twice a year.

I normally drink milk coffee as that's my preferred way to have coffee
since my mom raised me up on it which was mostly milk.

Sometimes the body craves things for what the body needs like protein, vegetables etc. That's how I look at it anyways.

I drink sodas sometimes, mainly if I am eating out somewhere. I mainly drink water.

I like to drink my coffee with milk or creamer or both if it is a flavored creamer.

I drinks sodas, but I drink a lot of milk and sweet tea too.
I will replace sodas with sweet tea if I have it.
And it's allegedly healthy sweet tea, but it is better than the sodas xD

I used to drink coffee every day, but I only drink it once in a while now.
Mostly because my mom doesn't get up until late and by then, I have a drink already.

My poor body has been through so much neglect.

Just make sure to drink a lot of water after tea
as tea dehydrates you.

I drink it everyday but not a lot since I get up pretty late.
But coffee helps me feel a lot more focused on my artwork.

Mine too. I really need to get more protein in me.
I keep losing so much weight since at least August-September of 2019.
But gaining weight is just an overall struggle. :mccry:

I wish I could quit sodas, but when I try, I swear I go through withdrawals xD

I love being on the coffee aisle. I wish I could take it home with me 8,u
It always smells so good over there.

It's funny because people think losing weight is so hard and skinny people should be so happy, but I've met people who can't put on weight and are extremely underweight ._.
For me, my weight has gone up and down a lot.
I was overweight in high school, lost a lot of weight, gained a lot of weight, lost some weight and I've weighed about the same for a year.
I know that because I had posted my wait a year ago on Facebook and I still weigh the same ._.

The most I have weighed was 118lbs
but i lost all that weight. :mcheh:
I was 114lbs but i know I went down lower due to the fact I got sick
with the flu for months, and a lot of the times I didn't have the strength to get food very often. So I would skip lunch and just eat dinner and some of my breakfast.

Gaining weight has always been hard as I have a fast metabolism.
And my family all my life constantly teased me about it.

I seem to gain weight easily, but at the same time - it will stay the same for long periods of time.
I know I lost ten pounds in a week. Unless the scale malfunctioned o_O
I went to see a doctor, they weighed me.
I went back the next week and I was ten pounds lighter.

I rarely go to the doctors but i know my weight
since one of my hip bones sticks out a lot more than the other.
So much i struggle with sleeping on that side. :mcheh:

I need to get more protein in my diet somehow.
