I feel like I am eating all day long though... I did not really reduce my calories even though I move myself far less than before... Either I have to eat less or walk more :D

I think almost everybody will have that issue, there's not much else to do than snack every once in a while.
We'll all need to tone down some ponds once we are allowed out again. :}

It was cloudy today, and cold. It was a whole eight degrees colder than yesterday. Except yesterday I was inside and today I had to go out to do groceries.

Today was indeed a bright and sunny day. Had to get some things, so took advantage of it.

The only contact I have with my friends is over the phone. For somebody who is as non-social as me I really miss the little contact that I normally have. I can't even imagine how hard it is for people that are social. :}

Very good! I went grocery shopping yesterday and going to go for a run today, already looking forward to it!
Yesterday was a little weird for me because usually I am a really happy person and I had very weird moments xD

I am sorry about that, unfortunately it is necessary to practise social distancing. I feel ya. I am a very social, open, outgoing person so it's hard for me, but I actually thought it would be even harder. I don't see my friends personally, we just chat or videochat or call each other, too. I see only 1 friend because I know he is depressed and he lives in my dorm, so I decided to take the risk and he, too. I don't see anyone else though.

Had an hour and a half long phone call with one friend and actually talked (from a distance) with another one as we were both walking the dog at the same time.
Need to send some check-up texts to some of my other friends.

And I get why you take the chance with that one friend. I've got depression myself, if I was having a bad time right now with that I would need the contact too. :}

Yea exactly, it's just because his state is not stable. It seems as if he is feeling very well these days, but it was bad two weeks ago so I don't want to get him back to it. I might be wrong, but I feel like I can make a difference, but maybe I am wrong.
