Especially the weekly stuff they write in magazines, 'cause I feel it's often written in a way that it could be true for everyone who reads it. I guess there are people who truly know more about it and could write something specific, but I think it's just the many charlatans who ruined it for everyone and gave it a bad name?
Yeah, those in the magazines really are just too general, not to mention they are written for your Rising zodiac, not your Sun sign (I think). There's a whole lot to uncover with planetary placements, the twelve houses, aspects and correlations between your planets, degrees etc.
I could tell you about the Sun, Moon and Rising signs, as well as Venus, Mars, Mercury, other planets, the retrogrades, North and South Nodes but that would take too much time XD Plus the moon phase of the day you were born, apparently that matters too. Plus, there's tropical and sidereal and vedic astrology and it's a whole mess
And there's a lot of maths involved. It's not as straight-forward as people think. The problem with astrology is that it used to be a science thing and now it's called a pseudo-science, perhaps because it was too symbollic and based on intuition. That's what I'd presume.
@Moi: I have a resting sad face. All my life people asked me why I'm sad. And when I said I wasn't, they'd tell me to smile. Okay, so I should be smiling all the time, even when I'm sitting alone, like a fucking idiot? Would that make anyone feel better? What a useless thing to say, "smile". I might, if you tell me a joke or something. Give me a reason to smile, I'll probably smile. Sitting and smiling without reason would be creepy.
