It's a white/stripey one, there are many of those around. On another inspection, I think it's a he. My kid's named him ninja. Ah well.

I do see some gunk at his feet and his ears, so I'm not sure if he's been long enough with his mom to learn about cat hygiene...

We couldn't find him this morning, but when my husband came home, he reappered. I kinda tried cleaning his nose a bit last night, paws is harder.. :> I don't want to bathe him, though he didn't mind the gentle cleaning.

I think they might be the same age and it's like... tiny balls are forming, so I think it's a he. Even though I'm not a pro either.

He (or she)'s doing well. Name is still ninja and seems like it likes to sleep in the window. Still cute and very friendly, loves to be petted and the kids love to play with... it. I checked again, but I think it's still a he? Dunno, might be super wrong though.

The black stripe just in the corner of his eyes gives him an... interesting expression, well. He kinda looks like all the cats in the neighbourhood. I'm ok with him staying around, as long as he stays outside. Got some more catfood today in store and considering to get anti-worm stuff as well.

I'm 100% sure he's not neutered, think he'd be too small and few people actually spend money on cats around here.

His paws look a little better, he works on it, but there's just some sticky filth next to the paw cushions, I tried pulling it out a bit, but it's rather stuck. Some of it was gone today and he does groom, so maybe he'll work some more on it.

Again, he was waiting next to the door. The night before he did meet Chili, the red male who sometimes comes by for a BBQ and it wasn't a real friendly get to know each other, but seems like he got over it? I feared a bit that it would scare him away.

It is a stupid cat though, when the kids lay out pieces of meat he should follow, he's often sniffing 2 inch away from it. Or drops it and looses it. Like, snifff... O.x

Buuut, he plays, cuddles and is friendly, think that's what counts. Hope he'll stay around. :)

If he stays a little longer, I'll get some anti-worm stuff. And maybe drops against fleas.

Sounds familiar, that's exactly why I think Dot is not a very smart rat (and Dash, too). She doesn't seem to use her sense of smell much. She mostly relies on visual cues. Very strange since rats don't have the greatest vision. Especially the previous rats that I owned were very smart, cunning even and I'd say they mostly relied on their noses and ears.

You have rats or cats? Just once letter off, lol. I wouldn't want a rat, but some people say they're awesome pets. We have a cattle farm, so we really have to take care rats don't become a plague. We did get some cats on the farm, but this one stays around our house. :)

Little one just met with the big cat who tends to come by, not sure if they like/see each other. Meh.

Nope, it's rats for me But I'll be living with a cat now when I finally move in with my mom for a few months. Right now all my stuff is there but the room isn't ready yet (neither is the whole apartment, if I'm being honest, but I'll have to make do, lol. My mom's a real mess AND a messy person on top of that...)

I had two rats, Dot and Dash (those are translated names, they're actually in Polish), unfortunately Dash has passed away earlier this year and Dot is now alone, but she's doing okay. But as I said, she's not as smart as the other rats I've had. I have their names in my signature (and death dates, to remember). I never had a full on pack though, like some people do. Some even have two packs, one of females and one of males and they let them out separately. People also like to give their rats a whole room. I think that's a bit too much, although I understand why they do that, especially withbigger packs.

Rats are awesome pets, but they're not the easiest. And certainly not the cheapest They can also be pretty demanding, but I guess that depends.
I can understand not wanting a rat when you have a whole farm Are you afraid of them though? Both my grandparents (I think even from both sides, so I should say 'all', I guess) grew up in more rural areas and they were both scared of rats and mice. And anything alike, even hamsters xD
