When we started doing that he wouldn't walk without me. Now he does (or did the few days I wasn't there) and even sends me pictures of random stray cats he finds.
He still won't walk when it rains though.

Last donut I had it was written custard but it was a mix between custard and whipped cream. It wasn't very good and my disappointment was very big. I'm not going again.

Whipped cream and custard does not sound like it would be a great flavor together... And I agree, there are so many things that you can stuff a donut with that's not whipped cream. Though Imma be honest, the only thing i care to have whipped cream in is drinks. That's the only acceptable medium.

I've never had a baked meat bun so I'm gonna put that on my list of things to try making.

I use regular bread dough for the meat, and cook the meat beforehand. Cheese to stick it together. Is yummy, dad hates how they're always gone before he can have some lol

Kitties! I do it too lol. And that's great! If he can make it a habit then it's perfect!
And I get it, I don't enjoy walking when it's raining either, even if I have an umbrella. :/

Ew. And do you mean your disappointment was immeasurable and your whole day was ruined? :D

@Ms_Zuralli, Same, homemade meat buns could be fun to try!

Yup, I'm proud of the husband. Sometimes he even drags me to walk him to work (when he works at a site that's a walkable distance. Which coincidentally is also where Krispy Kreme is located. It's a bummer Krispy Kreme opens late, I'm already back home when it does).

My disappointment was indeed immeasurable. That'd teach me not to trust Instagram XD
That and when I came back I discovered a fire was ongoing like five minutes away from where I am. All in all not a very good day ^^

That's super cute!! I love that he tries to include you wherever he can. :mcsquee:
And that is a shame, hahahahah. Nowhere close-by that opens earlier?

And that just sounds like a bad day from start to end, oof. Glad it was just nearby though, so small mercies, I guess.
And I would never trust something like Instagram for my foodie needs. :mcargh:

We probably do way too much together to be honest. We might benefit for a bit more time apart. I'm at the point I almost hope he goes back to the office XD

There's Mister Donuts but I don't like it so ... It's fine though, it's not like I absolutely need donuts.

Oh, lately anytime I go out alone in the afternoon something happens nearby or like somewhere I pass through but like 5 minutes before or after I pass. It's starting to get scary to be honest.
As for fires, it's the season, my area is old and full of old wood buildings, fires happen quite a lot in restaurants, so often it doesn't usually make it to the news, I don't know why they did this time.

Well, I usually find Instagram useful but you can't really judge the taste by only pictures. Too bad for me I guess.

Ah, yeah, a lot of people have been discovering that too much time spent together can be really annoying. XD

And it's not about the need for donuts, but the want for donuts! :mcargh:
But yeah, obviously. Still, it's nice to treat yourself once in a while. :)

That's... just kinda terrifying, if I'm being honest? Like, I can't imagine that happening to me, just, going anywhere and something happens soon after or something happened a bit earlier, it's flat out creepy.

And that's just unfortunate, fires can be really devastating when one catches. *Shivers*

It's not that it's annoying per se, he isn't an annoying person at all, quite the silent type actually. It's that I'm an introvert and that I can't have my alone time if he's always there.
Then again, I don't deal well with being alone all the time either.

You get used to the terrifying feeling I guess?
I mean, except for the time I missed a stabbing by 10 minutes, that one scared me quite a lot.
And the time I ended up in the hospital for a tooth infection was quite a close call as well, the day after I was admitted, I could feel my body collapsing, helped me put things into perspective.

Sorry to interrupt.
Is he a silent person but not an introvert? Or just less introverted than you?

I ask because he may have the same issues I used to have with my husband.
I am an introvert, but he is more introverted than me.
Which is great on one side, cause I've always feel so relaxed with him - whenever I want alone-time I'm quite sure he's also craving it.
But on the other side it took me years to figure out how to navigate this relationship: I was in the role of the "more extroverted" of the two, which feels kinda unnatural to me...
Yes, I was the annoying one :mcdead:
