Got my Foot Doctor and Tummy Doctor appointment scheduled. Got a hold of SSI (can't keep the check even though she lived half of last month) =3=

Called the vacuum place up and let them know my friend would be getting my vacuum for me.

I also passed out after all those phone calls.. -3-
I tried calming myself down with the new pokemon game but still passed out anyway. Well.. woke up to Sebas having unplugged my PC.. =3= ugh and he keeps trying do dominate Zeke >:x

Yup Cinnabunz. And they’re “bad” by the next day so we get fresh. XD so we always have lots of baked goods available for the food bank.

I really wish i knew how to keep rice from becoming clumps when being stored for later >:x

That’s easy lol. Rice is normally wet-ish when fresh. If you don’t want it to clump like that, just use a spoon or chopstick and toss it a little bit to make it more in unclumpy. Chopsticks might be better because you don’t want to destroy all the rice grains with a spoon.

I think it might also be an idea to toss it a little with a bit of oil? I know that we always toss our cooked dumplings with a bit of sesame oil because the dumpling skins tend to stick to each other, especially if we just boil them (we don’t toss them with oil in the wok cuz it’s unhealthy to eat so much oil).

i always stir it and stuff when I add my sausage or other meats. =/ still clumps before I go out to get my second helping.

it clumps because its wet...xD;; so you have to dry it out a bit. you can try tossing it in a pan for a bit so that hopefully it wont stick. besides, if you put other ingredients in, those ingredients might have moisture which will contribute to your rice's moisture. hence, more clumping lol.

What do you do when re-heating rice? like how do you do it?

I put a little water in the bowl then pop it in the microwave... o3o

I always put the old rice on top of the new rice I’m cooking in the rice cooker and let the heat steam warm it up again. Rarely do i put it in the microwave unless its fried rice.
