I use my heatpad often as I don't take any pills
since they tear up your stomach anyways.

but I need to use it almost every day.

I'd like an ice pad that's like a heating pad 8u
You plug it in and it gets cold instead of hot xD

I mean I am curious. People were saying they felt so much better after a few therapy sessions u8
My mom was going to pain management and they were like burning her nerve endings or something.
