Yeah. Felt like I had a spider web on me all of last night. I don't like spiders and I don't like the feeling of their web either.

I remember one time I was mowing with the riding lawnmower and the pine trees would always have a shitton of spider webs. I once ran through one that was between two of the trees and had a spider crawling on me. Why yes, I did jump off the lawnmower while it was still going.

As for fake spider webs. Too bad all of them can't be fake. I don't need no real spiders. I think the plants in my landscaping attracts them because my deck always has spider webs every where. Even when I knock them down they just come back.

Lucky you. I don't mind especially if it's the riding lawn mower, but my step dad used to make me take the push lawn mower all the way to the front yard and it was no fun (my mom has a big lot).

There might be. I know there are plants that repel mosquitos. I don't really have a problem with those tho. I do occasionally get a big mosquito knocking on my door (I live near a manmade lake so I'm assuming that's why I get big ones like that)

I’ve never had a big lot. We have a little yard, verrrrry little. XD also very little grass. Lots of weeds between the cracks which my mom or dad usually cleans up. XD;; i try to do some things but like…gardening isn’t really my forte, i do it for fun. My sister too actually, she buys plants and brings them home and plants them wherever she finds room….and then stops worrying about them lol. Watering? Maaaaybe she’ll do it like once a week. But like if its during the growing seasons, you can’t just water once a week lol.

Yeah, rue is a plant that is supposed to repel bugs. 8u we have some planted in our yard.

Weeds are the ban of my existence. I had like creeping charlies that I couldn't get rid of. Like I pulled them, sprayed them with weed killer. They are like nope, I'm back. TBH I kind of gave up on it because they were only outside my back door (where the ground wasp made a home so that was a fun experience too) and by my light pole (which did make me look tacky lolol).

My flowers were insane this year. Like I did overcrowd my pots because I bought waaaay too many flowers because they made me happy lol. But they went insane a grew soo huge. And succulents. I did have one just randomly get moldy and died. No clue how that happened. I did the like...monthly or so watering and a day or later it was completely moldy. NGL that was my favorite one I bought this year, but the other ones I bought this year are doing just wonderful.

and didn't you try to grow a lotus this year?

my mom planted some dahlias late so we still have flowers blooming lol. and a pot of carnations, i think that's what they are but they're late bloomers. xD and some of my black eyed susans are still blooming. xD;;

yeah. i grow it every year. for fun. i don't really care for it much apart from refilling the water and putting some aquatic fertilizer in. and maybe cutting off the yellowed leaves.

rue is an herb or medicinal plant of sorts. xD

It's a type of ground ivy that's just a nuisance. and according to google it's not the weed I am talking about...apparently I've been calling it wrong my entire life =| if I ever figure it out what it's actually call I'll like...get the right name and a picture to you lolol.

Oooh I like dahlias. I know geraniums are pretty resistant to the cold. Except mine died cuz I stopped watering my plants like a month ago when it got cold lol. I also like mums for fall plants. I have one in my landscape. Wish I had more. I was going to buy one to plant to see if it survives until next year lol.
