I have something called Visual Snow- is there a chance that is actual spiritual energy/auras or are they natural, not supernatural?

it's psychic auras that you're able to perceive. the card i cast for you is the nine of wands from the pastel grunge tarot: here's a picture.

the nine wands represent accumulated energy and the moon represents psychic depths.

what this means is that it takes some psychic development (or talent) to be able to perceive. energy is physical (energy can neither be created nor destroyed, so it's always present, either in the form of matter which is easy to perceive, or as energy that is not so easy to perceive unless you develop your psychic gifts).

I wonder if you chose the deck because of the colors I used, or if I chose the colors for my character because the card was meant to be pulled?

But that is good to know. When I am bored I play with the visual snow (or orbs, as they are probably really that) and when one lands on my skin I can feel a little spark of energy.
