Yeah, it's kinda painful. only reason I went to the doctor's was because my OTC pain med regimen wasn't doing a thing for it, even with my rice sock assisting. On a corticosteroid and a muscle relaxer now, which helps. Also had a painkiller shot at the doctor's. it's the Splenius Capitis. It's one of the neck muscles, near the base of the skull, and assists with holding the head up.
As a bonus, my back, which is normally a constant source of pain, isn't hurting at all, which just further proves that my back muscles are a hot fucking mess most of the time lol

I do not like pulled muscles one bit. Only had one. I was fourteen. It was in my ribs. It never healed right. I still can't do push-ups without it aching for a few days, but at least I can do planks.
