Whipped up a quick gallo pinto to go with the fire chicken burrito leftovers. Then got started on a red sauce for tonight. Tomorrow I'm thinking of making a lasagna.  I can't wait! I haven't had lasagna in YEARS! Oh, I've missed having access to an oven.
