I've made a few... like years ago! But like Strawberry said I haven't done digital or any kind of art in so long I'm not sure what to even do. 
When I made mine I'd have an idea in my head for the last stage and kinda rough sketched each stage out to see what to add and when.

I've been tossing around the idea of buying a new drawing pad for my PC but I'm focused on a good screen first.  Mine broke and I'm using an old TV... it's not ideal. I'm lucky I can read anything on here the resolution is whack.

Yeah I was sooo upset when I broke my old one. Apparently it only takes one time of dropping it. 
I haven't been able to play any games on my PC which was lame and I was in the middle of one.
