Okayokayokay, first and fore most, Vocaloid ISN'T an anime. D8 But it does have a manga, though it's really random.

It's a voice synthesizing program for your computer (that you have to buy). You type in lyrics and it sings it for you.
People like creating songs for the Vocaloids to sing, or just making them sing already existing songs.
Each voice has a name, and a "mascot" like character to represent it.
So people like drawing videos for the songs they sing, which makes people think it's an anime since they look really nice. :>

There are English and Japanese Vocaloids, though the Japanese ones are much more popular.

Apparently, someone says that there will be an anime releasing in Japan like next year. xD But that might not be true.
